Mr. and Mrs. Holland have finally become one...

And what an amazing day it was! So much preparation went into this momentous occasion, and it's clear in all the details. It was a black and white tie affair that was completely classy and chic, all the way down to the personalized wedding day trunk. Not only was every detail clearly planned with care, but this wedding was filled with so. much. LOVE. I can't explain to y'all how much happiness surrounded Madison and Adam. From each other, family, and friends... and you can tell it in the story of their photos.

I don't usually do this.. but I wanted to share a few of their engagement photos because they tie in so well to the wedding theme! It was all thought through so well. So, here you go! Enjoy a few previews before we get down to the I do's and first dances.

Okay, now that you've seen the engagement portraits, just wait until you see the wedding!

Leading up to the big day, we connected on many occasions throughout the planning process. I loved supporting Madison and Adam as best as I could!! We also went to high school together, so I can confirm that they've always been exceptionally kind and bright people. Plus... they are literally the cutest together.

When I arrived to the wedding, it made me so happy to see everything come together! Madison and Adam were both so calm, cool, and collected. Seeing how much they truly anticipated saying I do was so heartwarming!!

Alexander Homestead was the perfect venue for not only a wedding, but for this particular couple's wedding! Places for both bride and groom to get ready separately, and the classic theme is continued throughout the historic home and gorgeous white gazebo for ceremonies. Not to mention the reception space in the large barn is perfectly set up! Decorated with Madison and Adam's touches was the cherry on top, honestly.

We captured all the typical pre-ceremony portraits.. including the getting ready, first looks, wedding party, and more! The bride and groom opted for the traditional down the aisle first look, so we captured as much as possible ahead of time!

When it was time for the ceremony to start, the sun was radiant in the sky. Their wonderful families and friends happily began the processional until Madison was escorted by her father to Adam. Let me tell y'all, the support from everyone present could be felt in the air. It's clear that these two are so very loved!

After the official Mr. and Mrs. walked back down the aisle, I followed them to the front of the home to capture their special "just married!" moments.

When the wedding party came around the corner, they also shared in the happiness. I'm serious, I've never seen so much hugging and love at a wedding before, and I'm here for it!!!

After more stunning and joyful portraits from everyone, we started the reception in the barn with fun entrances and every special dance that follows. We went straight into dinner, toasts, and cake cutting. The cake was also top notch in the classic department!!!

When I tell y'all that the dance floor was full all night, it is fully NOT an exaggeration in the slightest. Brides and grooms... you will only have this night once. Take my advice, and Madison and Adam's example, to heart. Soak in every moment! Have fun with the ones you love, cherish the dancing and happy moments, and dance the night away. Seriously! Everyone danced for two hours but it felt like it was no time at all when things were over and it was time for a private dance shared between husband and wife before the exit.

I captured this day to the best of my ability, and my prayer is that these images will be cherished by Madison and Adam for the rest of their long lives together. They deserve everything and more. Thank you both for trusting me as your photographer! I can't wait to work together again in the future!
