"I want to challenge both of you to determine in your heart to have a great marriage...

A great marriage is one that you both give extra. You both give more of yourself to each other. You both serve the other one, not because you have to, but because you love to. If you only do what you have to do to get by, you may make it. But it will be despite your efforts, not because of it. Determine to go the extra mile in all areas of your relationship and your marriage. You have to determine to keep your eyes focused on the Lord and each other. Keep your eyes focused on what you have and not what you don't. Marriage has ebbs and flows, it comes and goes. There will be times that you have more and there will be times that you have less. When you focus on what you don't Have, you will never have enough, I promise you. you will be never be satisfied, you will never be happy. I want you to determine in your hearts that as long as you have the Lord and each other, that's enough. Anything else is extra..." - Jason Robbins

And there wasn't a dry eye in the room.

From the first moment I met Caleb and Jordan, I knew that they were meant to be. It was so obvious that God led them to each other, and that they shared a true and exciting kind of love. We had so much fun connecting at their engagement session , so the anticipation was real leading up to the big day!

Caleb and Jordan were full of excitement and impatience to get down the aisle before the ceremony. You couldn't detect a single bit of nerves! They looked amazing and upon further conversation, they really felt amazing too!

They had a truly touching ceremony at the family church. Caleb and Jordan's parents lit candles in symbolism of their love for one another. When the bride finally walked down the aisle, Caleb shed a few tears at the beauty of his future wife. The groom's dad officiated the ceremony as pastor and did a wonderful job. He announced the couple as husband and wife and everyone cheered when the recessional began to the classic "This Will be (An Everlasting Love)". The wedding party and family exited, but not before Caleb and Jordan shared a few more kisses on the way down!

The reception hall was right next door, filled with all the good foods and the best kind of dessert - duck donuts! Yum! Everyone shared fun fellowship in celebration of the newlyweds. We laughed until we cried when they played the shoe game, and then really cried when the speeches were shared. I can't explain to you all how much love is in their circle. It's evident with everything they do.

Before heading to our second location for photos, everyone joined in the bouquet toss and the cutest bubble sendoff for the bride and groom.

A family friend provided the perfect spot for photos - a large, gorgeous field. Joined with the greatest family and friends again for pictures! This photographer's dream for wedding days!! Snapped some of the best photos in this location and I am still swooning. Caleb and Jordan, and the entire wedding party were STUNNING. I am still in awe over being chosen to photograph this special day in their lives. It was an honor and SUCH a blast. I am so thankful for this profession and the many amazing people it brings into my life.

Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Carter! Enjoy your new life together! I wish you all the best and will continue to pray for your journey. I hope our paths cross later in life for more of your many milestones to come!
